The MCE, Hon. Louis Owusu-Agyepong together with the MCD, Mr. Joseph K. Baah - Darkoh joined other MMDCEs/DCDs within the Western North Region to sign the Performance Contract for the year 2022. at the Regional Coordinating Council on 25th February 2022,
The Performance Contract is a key mechanism in the implementation of the Performance Management Systems as it will enable employees and the service to agree to and be committed to the achievement of set objectives and targets in service delivery within a given time frame.
