The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly on Tuesday, 22nd October 2024 presented its 2025 budget to the Regional Coordinating Council, laying out plans for the upcoming year aimed at driving sustainable development and enhancing social services across the Municipality.
The budget, unveiled in a formal presentation by the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Louis Owusu Agyepong, focuses on expanding local infrastructure, improving healthcare and education, and addressing critical areas such as sanitation and environmental management.
Key figures and stakeholders from the Assembly attended the presentation, emphasizing the budget’s alignment with regional and national development goals. The Regional Coordinating Council is expected to review the budget to ensure it meets the needs of the Municipality and is consistent with Ghana’s overall development agenda.
