The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly on October 3rd, 2024, held its third-quarter Municipal Planning Coordinating Unit (MPCU) meeting, bringing together members to review ongoing development projects and discuss future plans for the Municipality.
The discussions focused on the third-quarter progress report, the operationalization of sub-structures, the 2024 Departmental Action Plans, and the approval of the 2024 Composite Action Plan.
Mr. Fred B. Kpodo, the Municipal Coordinating Director, welcomed the members and encouraged active participation to ensure meaningful contributions. He also took the opportunity to express his gratitude for their continued support.
The meeting provided an opportunity for members to reflect on the impact of completed projects and collaboratively seek solutions to issues, especially regarding abandoned projects. This fostered a sense of shared responsibility in advancing the Municipality's development.
Despite some challenges, the Assembly remains optimistic about achieving its 2024 goals. Mr. Kpodo urged all members to continue their cooperation to ensure progress remains on track.
